LeanFM analyzes a copy of trend data your building automation system already produces. We don't connect to your control network, we don't write setpoints, and your data is used only to run your analysis. Here's exactly how that works.
We work from a trend-data export or a read-only connection. OnPoint never sends commands to your BAS and never changes a setpoint, schedule, or sequence. Your team makes every change.
Trend data you share is used to perform your analysis and produce your findings. It is not sold, and it is not used to train models shared with other customers without your written agreement.
Equipment trend logs — temperatures, setpoints, valve and damper positions, runtimes, meter data. Operational telemetry about equipment, not personal data about people.
We retain your data for the life of the engagement so AIR can track change over time. On request, or at the end of the engagement, we delete it. Your data handling is governed by your agreement.
For IT & procurement: we're glad to complete your security questionnaire and share our current data-handling documentation, hosting details, and connection options. The fastest path is a short call with your facilities and IT leads together.
Request our security documentation, or start with a sample analysis on one building — read-only, no commitment.
